Later this year the Academy will begin to build a groundbreaking, purpose-built facility scheduled to open in 2019. This new world-class Academy will change the lives of Deaf students. It will break down barriers to Deaf young people, bring communities together and enable families to thrive.


Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator looking to join an ambitious fundraising team who are about to launch a new capital funding appeal? We are looking for a dynamic Fundraising Administrator who will support the Fundraising and Marketing teams in delivering the funds and awareness needed to make our Appeal a success.


This is a role for someone with excellent administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to supporters and form good working relationships both within the Academy and with external bodies is key to this role, along with the willingness to work flexibly and as a member of a collaborative team.


Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in using a full range of Microsoft office packages and management information systems is essential. We are looking for an individual who is a team, player with a can-do attitude, developing administrative systems and being solution focused, in order to help us deliver our fundraising target.

Actual salary for 25 hours over 5 days: £12,245.94
(Based on a full time equivalent of £18,124.00)


25 hours per week over 5 days (9am-3pm preferred)
Permanent contract starting as soon as possible.


Benefits include 30 days annual leave plus
bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time hours).
