We need volunteers, we need you!

Can you spare just 3 hours to help us change the lives of Deaf children?Join in and help us sell car raffle tickets in Princesshay Exeter on a Friday or a Saturday for a few hours.

Car raffle tickets are being sold in the centre of Princesshay from our stand right up until our exciting raffle draw on Christmas Eve 2016. So, we need lots of volunteers to give 3 hours to man our stand and sell raffle tickets on a Friday or Saturday until then.

No previous experience is needed just enthusiasm and confidence in chatting to the public. Lots of information and support will be given to you by us.

Volunteer 3 hours with a friend to help break a local record!

We want to break the local record for the number of raffle tickets sold as Princesshay’s 2016 Charity of the Year. We can’t do this without a team of volunteers. So we are inviting local people to support us by giving just 3 hours or whatever time they can spare on a Friday or a Saturday to help sell raffle tickets and break the record!

A big thank you to Princesshay and Mercedes Benz

Each year Princesshay shopping centre officially supports a different charity, helping to raise awareness through fundraising and a prestigious car raffle and this year it’s us! Mercedes-Benz of Exeter has generously donated an A-Class car worth over £22,000 as the raffle prize. 100% of the proceeds from this prominent car raffle will raise thousands of pounds for Exeter Deaf Academy.

For more information please email Fundraising@ExeterDeafAcademy.ac.uk or phone 01392 267019.

We are sorry but volunteers who help us sell raffle tickets are not permitted to enter the car raffle.

We also have a variety of other exciting volunteer roles with our friendly fundraising team. Volunteers are essential to the work we do to build awareness and help our fundraising activities.

Right now we are recruiting for:

If you would like to learn more about any of these roles please email: on fundraising@exeterdeafacademy.ac.uk or phone 01392 267019.

Please note: Exeter Deaf Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults; as such an enhanced DBS check is required for all ongoing volunteer roles.
