Hold a Finger Spellathon: Put your BSL fingerspelling to the test and organise a team challenge. Download your easy to follow fingerspelling guide here
Give it up: Get sponsored to give something up, or get the whole school to give up sweets for a day and donate the money they would have spent to Exeter Deaf Academy
Treasure hunt: Collect a set list of items and get sponsored for each item collected.
Helping Hands: Carry out simple chores and get sponsored for each completed task.
Smartie Change Challenge: An empty Smartie tube will hold £12 in 20p pieces or £27 in pound coins. So once you’ve munched through the contents ask friends and family to help you refill it and donate the contents to the Academy
Non-Uniform Day: Make a donation to come into school without uniforms.
Virtual Challenge: Conquer some great feats without leaving school! If you have a climbing wall you could climb Everest or if you have a sports field you could run a marathon, collectively!
Schools got talent: You don’t need Simon Cowell to host a fabulous talent show! This is one event that teachers and pupils can all get involved in. Sell tickets and showcase your schools’ talents!
Sell, sell, sell: Hold a school art auction, jumble sale or sell home-made jewellery and cakes.
Quiz: Do you have a knowledge of music, TV or films that amazes your friends? Why not set up a quiz and charge teams to enter
